@monji lol foot traffic alerts sounds like a great idea. kkk

honestly though, with the current road construction mess, UB could REALLY use traffic alerts. everyone is stressed. taxi drivers and taxi riders, alike. bus drivers and bus riders as well…

Very good news Mergen! I am really excited… I hope people will input more accurate info, so instead of 4-5 years, we will have complete UB on google maps within this year!

I heard Mongolian wireless carriers bringing 3G internet network, so Mongolians will use google maps on daily bases. I am sure someone will take care of the sigalerts. Since its UB, google may add foot traffic alerts as well… hehehe

BTW, I should add that Google now uses a Wiki process where we are allowed to edit. — I just learned this today — I went in and added the Grocery Store #4, where our office is located nearby, into Ulaanbaatar city map. This was quite impressive!
